19 Additional Secretaries Visit PRAN Industrial Park under BPATC Course

As part of the 30th Policy Planning and Management Course organized by the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC), a government delegation visited PRAN Industrial Park in Narsingdi on 27 August 2026. The delegation comprised 19 Additional Secretaries from various ministries, along with other senior government officials.
At the beginning of the visit, Mr. Kamruzzaman Kamal, Marketing Director of PRAN-RFL Group, briefed the delegation on the Group’s overall operations, manufacturing facilities, production systems, and management processes.
The delegation then visited several plants at PRAN Industrial Park and gained firsthand insights into the Group’s manufacturing and production processes.
PRAN-RFL Group believes that regular exchange of knowledge and experiences between policymakers and the industrial sector can play an important role in advancing industrialization, creating employment opportunities, and promoting sustainable economic growth.
Such visits not only strengthen mutual understanding between the government and industry but also provide valuable practical insights that can contribute to developing more industry-friendly and effective policies for Bangladesh.
